The shipping services that we offer include:

Shipping fees are based on the destination zip code and the total
weight. During the checkout process, your total shipping cost is
calculated and displayed.
Order Processing Times
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed
during the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business
day.
Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s)
are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order,
but may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Although we strive to carry a large quantity of stock to service our
customers, stock levels and demand do vary from day-to-day. If you would
like to check on the availability of an item please don't hesitate to
contact our customer service department at info@unitedcase-pelican.com.
Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed
and a second e-mail when the order is shipped containing a carrier
tracking number.
Guarantees
We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be
defective we will replace it within 10 days of purchase. If replacement
is unavailable we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping
via UPS.

CUSTOM FABRICATED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED
All unopened, non-defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at
info@unitedcase-pelican.com
to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please note that all returns must have an RA# and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Due to the nature of our items we cannot accept any used or opened merchandise.
Restocking Fee: Each returned product will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
